Najveci strah kod pocetnika u tenisu je da nece stici lopticu.
Kod skoro 90 % pocetnika je ovo slucaj.
Usled toga pocetnici cesto “ulaze u lopticu”.
Jedna od najtezih stvari je izbeci zurbu kod udaraca,narocito kada smo se spremili da uradimo direktan poen.
Cak i u profesionalnom nivou igranja,preko 80 % gresaka dolaze iz zurbe.
Veoma mali procenat gresaka je kasno udaranje loptice.
Cinjenice koje treba znati su da loptica od osnovne linije do osnovne linije gubi u proseku 60 %
brzine.
Kod servisa loptica izgubi oko 55 % od inicijalne brzine.
Najvise usporava posle odskoka .
Ako je igrac u zurbi onda ce ove cinjenice prevideti i uvek ce videti lopticu brze nego sto je
u realnom vremenu.
Mentalni trening daje odlicne rezultate kod ove vrste problema kod igraca.
Profesionalni igrac ima sposbnost da “vidi lopticu sporije”.
Posto je covek ljudsko bice ovu sposobnost treba ravijati jos od pocetnih koraka u tenisu.
Nazalost ovo nije cest slucaj zbog instrukcije “ranije pripreme”.
Sto se vise pripremate, osetice te da sve manje vremena imate!

TIME IN TENNIS

The biggest fear for beginners is not to reach the ball.
Nearly 90 % of beginners have this fear.
Thats why they come close to the ball.
One of the most difficult things in tennis is to avoid the rush especially when we are ready to go for
winning shot.
Even on high professional level over 80 % of mistakes come from rush time.
Small percentage of errors come from hitting late.
In fact you have to know that from baseline to baseline the ball loses about 60 % of its speed.
On serve the ball loses on the average 55 % of its speed.
It is slower after the bounce.
If the player is in a rush, he wont see deceleration of the ball and will always see the ball faster than it is in real time.
Mental training gives great results when player has this kind of problem in a game.
Pro player has ability to “see the ball slower”.
This ability we have to develop from first steps in tennis.
Unfortunately this is not the case because of instruction “early preparation”.
If you prepare more you will feel less time to have !
