Poboljsajte forhend Improve off the court forehand

Mozete popraviti vas forhend van terena ako koristite sledecu vezbu :
Stanite oko 50 cm ispred zida ili zice , u otvorenom stavu.
Radite pokret reketom polako kroz fazu zamaha, i kada se priblizite tacki kontakta ,
pocinjete da ubrzavate reket na gore i preko .
Zbog zida ili zice vi niste u mogucnosti da pravite izmah napred i na ovaj nacin trenirate
misice da idu gore i preko.
Ovu vezbu mozete raditi iz mesta ili iz kretanja ( od sporijeg ka brzem )

Improve off the court forehand

You can improve your off the court forehand using next drill :
Stand in front of a wall or fence in open stance about 50 cm.
Start racket motion slowly through back swing and when you come close to the contact point ,
accelerate racket up and across.
Because of the wall or fence you are not able to go forward and you train muscles to go upwards
and across.
This drill you can do from the spot or on the run ( from slow to fast )
