Balans tela je prirodno stanje kod svake osobe.
Vec kao mala deca mi naucimo da balansiramo nase telo.
Takodje mi ucimo i vanbalansna stanja kada nesto treba da dohvatimo,kada smo u brzini ili kretanju.
Kada se okrenemo u jednom pravcu onda se i telo pokrece u istom.
Pivot i odguravanje jednom nogom u zeljenom pravcu je najbrzi nacin da pocnemo kretanje.
Treba da budete svesni da biti na prstima (cupkati) nije najefikasnija tehnika za pocetak kretanja.
To vas moze “zalepiti” za podlogu.
Takodje ako hocete da ponovite start nece te to moci da uradite najbrze sto mozete.
Transfer tezine sa celog stopala ka prstima stopla je tehnika koja vam daje bolju polugu i omogucava
postizanje velikog startnog ubrzanja.
Igrac u toku igre ne sme da razmislja o svom balansu vec to treba da bude stvar koju ce telo prirodno da uradi.
BODY BALANCE
Balance is natural state of a person.
We learn to balance ourselves when we are tots. But also we learn the imbalance is the foundation of speed,of reach,of movement.
We lean in one direction and the body starts moving that way.
Lifting one foot slightly outwards while turning and pushing with the other foot and leg is the fastest way to move.
You should be aware that being on your toes is not the most efficient technique.
It can stick you to the ground.
Transferring from whole foot to toes is much more supple technique and it gives you spring and you will
get amazing acceleration and speed.
The player during a game shouldn’t think about balance. The body does on its own.
