Tajming Timing

Cesto cujemo od igraca da je danas igrao odlicno ali je juce igrao lose . Sta je uzrok ovome ?
Mnogi igraci ne znaju pravi uzrok.
U 99 % slucajeva je Tajming !
Kada ste u problemu prvo proverite njega.
Kako?
Pratite lopticu duze (ocima,rukom i reketom).
Mozda ce te izgubiti u pocetku malo na jacini vasih udaraca ali ce te dobiti kontrolu udaraca.
Zatim ponovo vracate jacinu.

Dva najvaznija tajminga u tenisu su :
1) tajming rastojanja od loptice
2) tajming ubrzanja reketa

1) Igrac trazi lopticu kao da pokusava da je uhvati rukom i onda radi pokret reketom.
On ne treba da se priprema ranije. Raniji zamah remeti igracevu koordinaciju i gubi osecaj.
U fazi trazenja loptice reket ostaje napred dok igrac ne nadje lopticu.

2) Kod tajminga ubrzavanja reketa je bitno da igrac ubrza reket u “pravo vreme”.
To je neposredno pred kontakt reketa sa lopticom. Usled ranijeg ubrzavanja igrac gubi osecaj,uglove reketa sa loticom i nema dovoljno spina pa kao posledica ovih stvari gubi kontolu loptice.

Los tajming moze biti kod igraca usled odredjenih losih sablona u toku igre (raniji zamah,razmisljanje o balansu,polozaju nogu)
Praksa mentalnog treninga je pokazala da los fokus negativno utice na tajming kod igraca.

Timing

We can hear very often from players : i played very well today but i didn’t play well yesterday.
Where is the reason for this?
Many players do not know the real reason .
In 99 % is TIMING !
When you have the problem first check your timing.
How?
First of all start tracking the ball longer and longer (with your eyes,hand and racket).
You may lose some power of your shots at the beginning but you will get control of your shots.
After that you can go for power again.

Two the most important timing in tennis are :
1) timing distance body from the ball
2) timing acceleration of the racket

1) The player finds the ball as if he were going to catch it with his hand than goes for usual whack.
He doesn’t need to prepare earlier. Earlier backswing can destroy his coordination and feel.
While the player track the ball the racket should be in front till he finds it.

2) It is very important,for second timing, to accelerate racket at the “right time”.
It is just before contact the racket with the ball. If you accelerate much before as result you will lose feel,right angle of the racket with the ball and less spin in the shot, so you will lose control.

Bad timing can be produced from the bad habits like earlier backswing,thinking about balance,position of your feet …
Mental training shows that bad focus has negative influence on timing too.
